American Girl Chrissa Doll, TLC, Flaws

Well-loved American Girl Chrissa doll, TLC. She is wearing shorts from a softball outfit, as well as a camisole (from an underwear and cami set from years ago); the clothes are American Girl brand. She has several flaws, including: several marks on her limbs and face, marks on the fabric around her neckline, cut hair, her body tag has been cut off, and her legs are quite loose. She can still stand on her own, but they drop when she is laid flat. She needs more help than I can provide; I am not very experienced in restoration. Thanks for looking!
